Jenny has also been heavily involved with the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment unit at Qld TAFE, which involves recognising candidates' current work and life experiences against a nationally recognised qualification, at their appropriate experience level.

Over the past three years, Jenny has focused a large amount of her professional time in delivering TAA40104 Certificate IV (Training and Assessment). This course is a nationally recognised qualification and has been endorsed as the industry expectations of workplace trainer. This qualification helps businesses train key staff who then pass on their skills and acumen to trainees, apprentices, and staff through workplace training.
